Contract terminated.

Actions and investments during the contract period

Real Value Management provided company management including external CEO for Mofast AB from Q2 2020 to Q1 2021, and administered part of their portfolio from Q1 2020 to Q2 2022.

Renegotiated rental agreements during the contract period have delivered an annual increase in rental value of around 500 KSEK and new signed contracts in the same period are worth around 3 500 KSEK in annual rental value.

Sustainability measures: Optimisation of district heating recovery at Lästen 10, generating a heat saving of 47 %. Installation of ground source heating at Orresta 2:38, estimated to generate an energy saving of 43 %.

Since 2016, Real Value Management has been appointed asset manager on behalf of Regio in Mälardalen. The property portfolio has at most comprised 104,336 square meters. Since the start of the assignment, the value of the property portfolio has increased by 18%.
